Software for photographers & studios

Built by people who
run the studio too.

Pixerbook builds software for the media businesses we understand from the inside. Photography studios first — one platform that runs the business, Moments for the guests, and desktop apps for the heavy work, all tested at Impixer Photography before anyone else sees them.

The Pixerbook Platform

One platform.
Five modules.

Connect, Flow, Finance, Media and Agents share the same clients, bookings and events — so the enquiry that became a booking is the same record that gets the invoice and the album.

Customers, leads and bookings

Every enquiry, quote and booking.

Connect is where the work comes in. Enquiries land with an owner, quotes are built from your own packages, and a won quote becomes a booking. The dashboard opens on who is waiting for an answer — not on a report you have to interpret.

More about Connect
Pixerbook Connect dashboard: new inquiries, quotes sent, won and awaiting reply over 30 days, a needs-attention list of leads waiting for a reply ordered by days waiting, and the pipeline from new to won with a 92% win rate.

Pixerbook Agents

It drafts.
You confirm.

Type it, say it, or paste a client’s WhatsApp message. Pixerbook Agents turn it into a lead, a payment or a stack of reminders — and then waits. Nothing is saved until you press confirm.

  • Paste a chat, get a lead with the fields filled in
  • Record payments and add leads from one sentence
  • Draft every overdue reminder in one go
  • Use your studio from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor and other MCP apps
More about Pixerbook Agents

Example: you type “Hi! We’re getting married on 14 Feb 2027 in Chennai. Looking at your Essential package — candid and traditional. Can you share availability? — Ananya Iyer”. The assistant drafts a new lead with Name: Ananya Iyer, Event: Wedding · 14 Feb 2027, Location: Chennai, Package: Essential, Source: WhatsApp, and saves nothing until you confirm.

Where it is going

Built for agents.
Screens optional.

The next decade of business software is not another dashboard. It is software your AI can operate — with you approving what matters. Pixerbook is built that way from the data up: one record per client, booking and invoice, reachable by people and agents alike.

Live

Agents do the routine work

A daily brief of what came in and what is overdue, then one click to draft the reminders, the replies or the plan for the week. Nothing is saved until you confirm.

Live

Your studio over MCP

The open standard AI apps use to reach real tools. Use Pixerbook from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code or Claude Code — the same data you see in the app.

Live

Guard rails, not blind trust

Read only or Read & change for each app. The agent sees only what you can see, asks before it changes anything, and every change is logged with Undo.

On the roadmap

Roadmap

Headless and API-first

Every action the app can take, available as an API — so a studio can run Pixerbook from its own website, its own app, or a booking page we never designed.

Roadmap

Automations and webhooks

Rules that run themselves: a new enquiry gets a drafted reply and a follow-up task; a won quote becomes a booking, an invoice and a crew request.

Roadmap

Agents that run on their own

Within limits you set — chase a payment, nudge a client for their picks, staff an empty shoot — and only bring you the exceptions.

Roadmap

Run it from a conversation

Voice and WhatsApp as a way to work the studio: ask what is due, record a payment, move a shoot — no dashboard required.

The products

For the studio. For the guests.

The platform runs the studio in a browser, from the first enquiry to the last invoice. Moments puts every guest’s photos on their phone with one selfie. The desktop apps do the heavy lifting on your own machine. Each is its own subscription — what they share is the event, not the invoice.

Every product is in beta. Each one runs in real studios today, and each is still moving fast — expect the interface to change more often than it will in a year. Every one has a 14-day trial, so you can judge it on your own work before you pay.

How it fits together

On the timeline you
already work to.

Here is where each product sits on the studio's own calendar. The platform covers enquiry, selection and delivery; Moments gets photos to the guests; the desktop apps take the two jobs that move gigabytes of files around.

Phase 01

Enquiry to booking

Where studios quietly lose work to a follow-up nobody sent.

Phase 02

The shoot

Cards come back. Everything now depends on nothing being lost.

Phase 03

Selection to album

The stage that eats weeks in WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets.

Phase 04

Delivered, and then

A finished album, an archive you can still open in ten years.

Why we build it

Most studio software
was designed in an office.

You can tell. It asks for data nobody has at that point in the job, it assumes the client will install something, and it was clearly never used on a Sunday at 1am with 2,000 files to offload.

Built in a working studio

Every product here exists because a specific week went badly at Impixer. The enquiry nobody chased. The album that reached nine revisions. The card that nearly did not offload. We are not guessing at the problem.

One stage at a time

Studio software usually arrives as one enormous system you have to adopt whole. Ours is one platform for the business, a guest app, and desktop apps for the heavy work — each on its own subscription and each stoppable on its own. Nothing is hostage to anything else.

Your work is yours

Full export on demand, in open formats, at no charge — on every plan, including the cheapest. A studio's archive is its entire business, and software that makes leaving expensive is software you should not put it in.

About Pixerbook

A product company,
built to run on agents.

Pixerbook is a software product company. We do not sell projects by the hour — we build and operate our own products, and we build them with an agentic, AI-driven engineering method so that a small company can ship at a scale that used to need a large one.

The method

AIDE — AI-Driven Engineering

Four stages run as a loop, not a relay. The name is deliberate: an aide assists, it does not decide. That is exactly the relationship we want between the agents and the people responsible for the result.

AI drives

Research synthesis, design generation, code, tests, documentation, legacy audits, anomaly detection.

A human decides

Architecture, anything reaching production, what to do about a finding, and any call touching someone’s money, data or legal standing.

Assess

Agents synthesise interviews, support tickets, docs and an entire legacy codebase into a ranked problem map — across the whole estate, not a sample of it.

Instrument

Correctness is defined before anything is generated. AI output is probabilistic: it can be plausible and wrong, so without this you cannot tell a good build from a lucky one.

Deliver

Fortnightly increments. Agents write much of the implementation, tests, migrations and documentation. A human reviews all of it, and evals gate the build.

Evolve

Shipping is the midpoint. Continuous evaluation and anomaly detection catch quality drift before a customer is the one who finds it.

Where this is going. Photography studios are the first vertical, not the limit of it. The same problems — client approval, large-file delivery, asset archives, project pipelines — run through video, events, print and agency work. The platform underneath (identity, billing, permissions, audit, notifications) is built to carry the next media business we understand well enough to be useful in. We will say so here when one ships, and not before.

The group

Two businesses.
One owner.

The studio is where the software gets tested before anyone else sees it. That is the arrangement, and it is the main reason to trust any of this.

Software

Studio software

Software for media and creative businesses, starting with photography studios — one platform to run the business, Moments for guest photo delivery, and desktop apps for albums and backup.

The products
Studio

Wedding & event photography

A working studio, shooting real events. Every Pixerbook product runs here first — which means a bad workflow decision costs us a weekend before it ever costs you one.

Separate business · separate brand

Pricing

Pay for the one you use.

Each product has its own subscription and its own meter — users, seats or storage, whichever actually drives the cost. Full pricing, in four currencies, is on each product page.

The plan most studios take, billed monthly, excluding GST/VAT. Each product has a second plan on its own page. Annual billing saves 20%, and every product has a 14-day trial with no card. Ask for a written quote.

For business

We also build
software for you.

Our products came out of solving one industry properly. If your business has a problem shaped like that, we take on a small number of custom builds a year — same platform, same discipline.

Built on our own platform

Identity, billing, permissions, audit and notifications already exist. Your budget goes to the part that is genuinely your business, not the plumbing.

You own the result

Source, designs and documentation assigned to you on payment, in your repositories from the first commit.

Working software in 90 days

Fixed-scope discovery first, then a dedicated pod shipping every two weeks.

Talk about a project

Typical engagement
  1. Discovery — 4 weeks, fixed priceResearch, a tested prototype and a costed plan. Ends with an honest go / no-go, including “don't build this”.
  2. Build — from week 5A dedicated pod on a fortnightly cadence, working in your repositories.
  3. Handover, or we run itRunbooks and a transition programme, or managed operation. Your call, not a lock-in.

We cap custom work so the products keep moving. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the first call.

Your brand, not ours

Every client page sits
on your own domain.

Your clients should never see our name. Every client-facing product gets a subdomain at signup, and the higher plan on each one lets you point your own domain at it — with the certificate handled.

See it on your
own work.

Thirty minutes over Zoom, Meet or Teams — your choice. Send us one past event beforehand and we will set the demo up with your own photographs instead of a sample dataset.

What would you like to see?
Where should we meet?

We will send a calendar invite with the link. Around 30 minutes, and we will use your own work rather than a demo dataset if you send a past event in advance.
